Cheese is the wine of the food world…how do flavors and textures meld together so wonderfully with the wines we love to drink? Take a field trip to Brookhaven Wines and learn the science and art of cheese and wine pairing through a tasting of four wines and four cheeses. “Grow together, go together? Fat and acid? Salt and sweet?” All questions to be demystified by Steph, our resident turophile!
Ask as many questions as you’d like, because you can pick up all of the building blocks in the shop to make in the comfort of your own homes. We’ll be doing a range of wines for every kind of drinker, so no one will be left thirsty.
This tasting will be seated and limited to 10 people. Class starts promptly at 6:00PM.
